L. Brown and Sons Printing realizes that as a print manufacturer we have a responsibility to make every effort to preserve our resources, and minimize our impact on the planets biosphere's health and future. We also recognize that even if we claim to do so, it doesn't ensure that we are being responsible. With this in mind, we have applied to the SmartWood Program of the Rainforest Alliance to be ceritifed that we will adhere to the FSC standards for Chain of Custody. On November 28, 2008 we were Certified for Forest Stewardship Council Chain-of-Custody by SmartWood until November 24, 2013.
